As Project Manager at Mann Law Group, I led the implementation of case management systems and standardized procedures that improved operational efficiency across all immigration petition types. At Meridian International Center, I coordinated international visitor leadership programs, managing over $1.1 million in government funds while achieving a 99% participant satisfaction rate.

My time at Global Ties Detroit involved authoring international exchange program proposals with a 90% acceptance rate, and teaching English in South Korea deepened my appreciation for cross-cultural communication.
